The classroom is a space where magic can happen. Whether it is a coffee shop couch, a 4th grade home room, a boardroom, a play ground, a park bench or a university course; life’s classrooms–and the communication that happens within them– provide possibilities for teaching and learning that can be magical and innovative. And these spaces can also be difficult. Being in these spaces, in my experience, involves more than the intellect, it involves the heart. I care deeply about exploring these spaces, working with teachers, and engaging in the heart work of teaching and learning.
